PUBLIC AWARENESS:

Because illiteracy is a major issue in our communities, Literacy Works promotes the importance of supporting literacy programs.  Success stories and program descriptions are reported in the local media.  Likewise elected officials, local corporations, community organizations, and foundation are informed of the issues and the need for support.
